Why am I not getting my emails?

Password Reset Emails

If you are not receiving emails to reset your password and gain access to the member site, you should first check to see if those messages were marked as spam or junk. 

You can add the following email addresses to your safe-senders list in your email client to prevent messages from going to spam or junk.

  • DoNotReply@connectedcommunity.org
  • Mail@ConnectedCommunity.org

    If you use an employer or organization-based email address and you cannot find messages in your spam or junk, ask your IT department or vendor to add the following domain or IP addresses to your organization's safe sender, whitelist or allow list.

      Can I send an email with just an attachment?

      You must have some text in the body of the email in order for it to be sent with an attachment.

        Can I forward an email to a community?

        You can forward an email to a community but you will need to include some text in the body of the email before sending.

        For example,  “please read below” or remove the “forward message header” and leave just the content.
